Student Arrival and Dismissal General Info (specific info for the first day of school is further below): For all days students should arrive at school after 7:50 a.m. Outdoor supervision of children starts at that time. When the first bell rings at 8:07, students are to stop playing and line up. By the second bell at 8:10, students should be in their class line standing quietly. All parents/guardians should leave the class line area at this time. Dismissal begins at 2:20 for walkers.
The circular driveway is for buses and daycare vans to drop-off and pick-up students only. All other vehicles must drive around the back of the school to drop off and pick up students. Students can not be dropped off on Nausauket Road before school. There is no parking on Nausauket Road before and after school. If you are dropping off your child in the morning behind the school, please pull into the right lane near the sidewalk (where the basketball court is). Once your child exits the vehicle you must leave. This area is for dropping off only. You can not leave your car parked in this drop-off zone. If you are staying with your child until the bell rings, please park in the parent parking lot or the back field (though drop off is best as it will help with congestion).
**If your child is arriving late for school, after 8:10, you must accompany them to the school office where you will sign your child in, stating the reason for their tardiness.
Kindergarten:
For dismissal, Kindergarten students being picked up will exit from their classroom door:
Mrs. Costello’s students will exit from door D19*
Mrs. Palazzo’s students will exit from door A20*
* (pull all the way around the school - the door is not in the playground area; follow the sidewalk after the parent parking lot)
Grade 1:
Mrs. Fortier’s students will exit from door C15, which is facing the parent parking lot.
Mrs. Murphy’s students will exit from door C17, which is facing the parking lot.
Grade 2:
Mrs. Mason and Ms. Inman students will exit from door D18*
* (pull all the way around the school - the door is not in the playground area; follow the sidewalk after the parent parking lot)
Grade 3:
Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Sammartino students will exit from door B14 in the playground area
Grade 4:
Mr. Gauthier and Ms. Riley students will exit from door C12 in the playground area
Mrs. Fairbairn students will exit from door C6 in the playground area
Grade 5:
Mr. McGuire and Ms. Conley students will exit from door C7 in the playground area
**If your child's regular dismissal routine is going to change for a day or longer, please complete the dismissal change form available on our website or call\email the secretary.
***If it is raining out or less than 30 degrees in the morning, grades K-2 students will enter door C11 to the auditorium and students in grades 3-5 will enter door D5 to the all purpose room (cafeteria\gym).
Students taking day care vans or school buses for dismissal will be directed by teacher when to leave to wait in the all purpose room for their bus\van. They will be escorted there by an adult or member of our safety patrol.

The past two years school meals have been free due to covid, we are now going back to how it was pre-covid, so please read below... The cost of a school lunch is $2.75, which includes milk. Milk is also available for students who bring a lunch from home to purchase at $.60 per carton. Free\Reduced school meal applications will be available on the Warwick Public Schools website (warwickschools.org) and also through the Titan Family Portal (family.titank12.com). A paper application is also available on the district website. Reduced breakfast is $.30 and reduced lunch is $.40. The cost of a school breakfast is $1.85. Students who are having breakfast at school will go directly to the lunchroom upon arrival at school in the morning, beginning at 7:50am. Pay for school meals and more, anytime, anywhere from your computer or smartphone. You may also pay weekly. Checks are accepted and made payable to: Warwick School Dept. Place payment in an envelope clearly marked with child's name, lunch ID# and the date of lunches which you are paying for. We have peanut\nut free classrooms (so please do not pack snacks with nuts\peanuts), though students are allowed to bring lunches with peanuts\nuts as we will have a peanut\nut free table in the cafeteria.
As a reminder, DO NOT SEND "BIRTHDAY" TREATS IN FOR YOUR STUDENT(S)! This is not only against school policy, but could also be an allergen issue; the safety of all students is paramount!

Gaga Ball is a super fun game played inside of an octagon-shaped enclosure known as a "pit" where a playground ball is hit with the hands, with the goal of hitting other's legs below the knee to eliminate them from the game; the last person inside wins.
At Robertson, usually "Recess Rules" are used so it is more fun for all:
Each game starts with about 10 kids inside the pit and the rest lined up next to the entrance cut-out. As each player is eliminated, they leave the pit and a new player enters; this way everyone gets a turn and are not waiting long to play!
